Once a month the local products reach the center of Florence, where over a hundred producers from all over Tuscany meet each other in the main local and organic market of the region. The name is “Il Mercatale”, traditional organic farmers market, perfect for those looking for healthy and natural products, from cheese to honey, from cured meats to the new extra virgin olive oil. And of course jams, wines and seasonal produce.
